📋 Description

Add documentation for a new Umbraco Commerce feature: abandoned cart notification service. It will be available since Umbraco Commerce 16.1.0.

Hi @umbracotrd, could you please add the new article to the Summary.md file so it appears in the navigation pane? Also, do we have a release date for Umbraco Commerce version 16.1.0?

sure thing, @eshanrnh . The release date for 16.1.0 has not been set yet, but we expect it to be during the week of July 21st to 26th.

The content is largely OK, but I still think we need the app settings to disable this feature too.
